I am a highly experienced educator with 40 years of experience in Fairfax County Public Schools. I specialize in social-emotional learning, coaching, behavior management, and collaborative, data-driven practices to support teacher effectiveness. I am well suited to advocate for special needs children in public and private school systems.
My roles have included special education teacher, resource coach, and behavior specialist. With extensive training in therapeutic curricula and certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Behavior Management, and Cognitive Coaching, I’ve developed courses for administrators, teachers, and parents.
My primary focus is advocating and empowering clients, families, and educational teams by helping them identify strength-based strategies to support children’s educational and social-emotional needs.
